It is recommended that you ask for a second set of keys from the rental car agency. Just in case you lose one or who knows what might happen you are at least prepared if you have two sets. When you are returning the car at the end of the trip you will want to make sure you have all of your personal belongings out of the car. The Rental Agencies are not responsible for lost items.
For special upgrades and rates be sure to compare all prices from the different Milan Car Rental Agencies. Sometimes you can receive special package deals that cover room, car rental and flights. Check with your travel agent also on the best prices. Make sure you have ample maps for your travelling purposes. Have them highlighted even before you set out on your sight seeing excursions. You will also wish to check with your hotel for parking arrangements even before you decide to rent a car. Parking in Milan can be very expensive and you definitely don’t want to get a ticket on your trip. Always follow the rules of the road, obey all traffic signs and you should be safe and have a great trip.
